CHANS-Net again inaugerated an outstanding group of early-career scholars as CHANS Fellows, each who presented orally or with a poster at the Ecological Society of America 98th Annual Meeting in Minneapolis.
The CHANS-Net Symposium "Ecological Sustainability in a Telecoupled World," organized by CHANS-Net principal investigator Jianguo "Jack" Liu, Harold Mooney and Bill McConnell, featured presentations by Jane Lubchenco, Peter Gleick, Karen Seto, Thomas Hertel, Joanne Gaskell and Steve Davis.
All the fellows were awarded their certificates by Simon Levin at a dinner at the Minneapolis Hilton.
